Beginners are better off practicing on the small Eisbach wave first.<\/p>\n<h3>Where else can you learn to surf in Munich?<\/h3>\n<p>There are several places in Munich where you can learn to surf. The <a href=\"https:\/\/surftown.de\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">O2 SURFTOWN MUC<\/a> in Hallbergmoos is particularly beginner-friendly &#8211; it offers perfect conditions for beginners as well as regular courses. <\/p>\n<p>Surfing in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jochen-schweizer-arena.de\/indoor-surfen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jochen Schweitzer Arena<\/a> is also ideal for controlled indoor training. Another option is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.igsm.info\/flosslaende\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Flo\u00dfl\u00e4ndle<\/a> in the south of Munich, where a rather gentle wave is created in summer and beginners will find good conditions to get started. <\/p>\n<h3>Surfing for beginners on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.englischer-garten-muenchen-infos.de\/en\/sights\/the-little-eisbach-wave-eisbach-surfers-on-the-e2\/\">small wave &#8211; also known as E2<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>If you want to try your hand at natural river waves, you can practice on the small Eisbach wave (E2), which is a little easier to ride than the famous big Eisbach wave.<\/p>\n<p>This is also known as E2 among surfers and is located a little further back in the English Garden.
