As we learned today, Klaus’ popular Lederhosen training can no longer take place in the English Garden (there was no permit for 2023).

Why “lederhosen training”?

The idea for the lederhosen training was born at the Oktoberfest in 2010. The lederhosen are intended to arouse interest, loosen up the training atmosphere and make it clear that the program was not imported from overseas, but was created in the clear Alpine air of Bavaria.

Lederhosen training strengthens the muscles, stabilizes the joints, improves posture and body awareness. Only your own body is used as training equipment.

Each session takes place under the guidance of a trainer. Due to the often very large number of participants (up to 1000 people per training session in Munich) and the limited possibility of individual correction, special emphasis is placed on the detailed description of all movement sequences. All exercises are performed slowly and in a controlled manner. Each exercise starts with isometric muscle work.

This gives participants time to understand the starting position and consciously target muscle groups. Our outdoor training makes you fit for everyday life and creates the conditions for high and injury-free performance in sport.
