Fit in the park – free sports program
As part of the “Fit in the Park” program of the City of Munich, an event will also take place in the English Garden this year.
A free daily sports program (fitness power, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, back fitness, Qi Gong, volleyball, slackline, etc.) with qualified trainers takes place across the various parks.
Fit in the Park takes place from 1 May to 30 Sept 2023 and is organized by the City of Munich.
Among other things, Qi Gong training takes place every Wednesday from 10.00 am.

The INSEL – Pfennigparade’s inclusive nature, sports and adventure landscape
Our INSEL is located in the English Garden in Munich, in the middle of the beautiful Isar meadows. The inclusive recreational area is a place of biological diversity and a meeting place for a colorful, barrier-free and boundless togetherness for people with and without disabilities.
