Milchhäusl München in the English Garden is a traditional kiosk and snack bar with a small, charming beer garden that is very popular with Munich locals. A rich selection of organic products, snacks and small Bavarian dishes are served.

Milchhäusl Munich – Kiosk with cult status
It is located right at the entrance to the English Garden on the corner of Königinstrasse and Veterinärstrasse and has something of a cult status with the people of Munich – so sometimes it takes a while to get there, but we’re taking it easy! (Access via U3/U6).

In winter: Cable car cabin at the Milchhäusl Munich
Fun and good humor: For the hardy, the Milchhäusl has set up some gondola cabins in winter – with sheepskin and blankets. Sit inside, close the door and enjoy the mulled wine.
Incidentally, the Milchhäusl was temporarily moved in 2022 so that the entire house could have a cellar.
You will find the Milchhäusl in Königinstr. 6, 80539 Munich, opposite the University Veterinary Clinic, right by one of the main entrances to the English Garden. It is normally open from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm.
Right in the neighborhood you will find one of the few public toilets in the English Garden.
