Lions Monopteros Run in the English Garden

Big charity run for everyone in aid of Munich’s disabled sports

Two weeks before the Munich Marathon (on the middle Wiesn weekend), the 21st Lions Monopteros Run will take place on Sunday, September 29, 2024.

The focus here is on the good cause: the net proceeds from the Monopteros Run are used to support the sporting care and activities of children and young people from the following disabled sports departments: PSV München, USC München, TSV Forstenried and TSV Milbertshofen. It is organized by volunteer organizations and helpers.

The special feature of this sporting event is its inclusive character: a whole range of disabled athletes are taking part. They come from associations that are actively supported by the “Hilfswerk des Lions Club München Alt-Schwabing e.V.”. The Lions Club is also the organizer of the running event.
